Churchill Downs sued over 'illegal' Baffert ban

The owner of Arkansas Derby winner Muth has sued Churchill Downs Inc. and is seeking a temporary injunction against what it called the track's "illegal" ban of Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert.
