Richardson last in 100-meter return; 'Not done'

Sprinter Sha'Carri Richardson ran the 100 meters in 11.14 seconds to finish last in a field of nine runners at the Prefontaine Classic. It was her first race since testing positive for a chemical found in marijuana after winning at the Olympic trials.
