Cubs' Rachel Folden is swinging away at stigma that 'women can't coach baseball'

This offseason, the Cubs hired Rachel Folden as a hitting coach -- the same day the Yankees hired Rachel Balkovec to a similar role. It was historic because they are the first women in such roles, and because few jobs in sports are more hands-on.
